To proceed, we require the original design files (pre-outlined) in formats such as Illustrator. Our team will integrate the translated text into your provided design files, adjusting the layout, fonts, and formatting as needed.
* Please note that we are unable to process outlined files.
If you opt for our DTP services, we will include the cost of post-DTP review and quality checks in your estimate.

If you're using our services for the first time and would like to assess our translation quality before placing an order, we offer a trial translation upon request. Depending on our evaluation, the translation may be handled by a human translator or AI.
We provide a trial translation for up to 300 characters or 200 words.
For those interested, we will send a Trial Hearing Sheet where you can specify your requirements. We will tailor the translation accordingly.

Transcription & Translation Services for Audio and Video
If you need a translation for audio or video content but don’t have a transcript, we can start with transcription.
We will translate the transcribed text and can deliver the final data in various formats, including:
- Translation only

- Time-coded translation

Certification of Translation Services
If you require a translation certificate, we can issue our own official certification.
This document states, in the translated language, that the translation was completed based on the original document. It will also include the signature of an authorized representative.
Fee: 1,650 JPY (including tax) per certificate*
*Consumption tax may not be levied on transactions with entities based outside Japan. Where applicable, this will be noted on our estimates and invoices. Documentation confirming your overseas status may be required.
Before requesting a certificate, please check with the relevant authorities, such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to confirm whether this certification is acceptable.*
