At NAIway Translation Service, our transactions are exclusively available to corporate clients.

For corporations based in Japan, we offer two payment options:

  • Advance Payment (via credit card/via bank transfer)
  • Post-payment (via credit card/via bank transfer)

Advance payment is generally required for first-time clients as part of our standard policy.

However, for clients with no business presence in Japan, payment is limited to:

  • Advance payment via credit card
  • Advance payment via bank transfer


For Advance Payment Clients

We will begin the translation process once we have confirmed receipt of your payment. However, if the payment is made after 3:00 PM[Japan Time], we may not be able to verify it on the same day, and the translation will commence on the next business day.

If you send us a copy of your payment receipt (e.g., a bank transfer slip) as a PDF or JPG via email, we can start the work even if the payment is made after 3:00 PM[Japan Time].

We will notify you by email once the translation process has begun. Please note that, due to our internal procedures, we will issue an invoice instead of a receipt. If you require a receipt, please contact your assigned coordinator.


For Post-Payment Clients

After delivering the requested translation, we will issue an invoice once the review period (typically one week) has passed, provided there are no requests for revisions from the client.

Payment Due Date

Our standard payment term is end-of-month closing with payment due by the end of the following month. Please be sure to check the invoice for the exact due date.

For public funds, research grants, and other institutional payments, we accommodate deadlines in accordance with the respective institution's regulations.

If you require a change to the payment due date, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Payment by Credit Card

If you wish to pay by card, please kindly inform your assigned coordinator in advance.

Please note that credit card payments are processed via GMO Epsilon, Inc. You will be asked to enter your card information through the secure URL provided in our confirmation email.

Translation work will begin only after we confirm receipt of the payment notification from GMO Epsilon. As this may cause a slight delay in the project start, we appreciate your understanding in advance.

[Steps to Complete Your Payment]
  1. Once we receive your request to pay by credit card, your assigned coordinator will initiate the procedure. You will then receive an email titled “Payment Instructions” from Epsilon Payment Services (sendonly@epsilon.jp) at your registered email address.(Please note: This is a no-reply address. Emails sent to this address will not be received.)
  2. Kindly review the email and click the provided link to proceed. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your credit card information.
    *Please be aware that two-factor authentication may be required.
  3. Once the payment process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email titled “Payment Completed.” Please ensure you check this as well.

The security code is a unique 3- or 4-digit number printed separately from your card number, usually the last 3 digits on the back of your card, or 4 digits on the front depending on the card type.
